Step 01
R&D Design
DIALUX photometric modeling, IES file generation, and custom optics engineering before any production begins.
Step 02
Die Casting
High-pressure ADC12 aluminum die casting forms structural lamp housings with precise dimensional accuracy.
Step 03
Shot-blasting
Abrasive blasting removes surface oxides and creates an ideal substrate for paint adhesion and corrosion resistance.
Step 04
Painting
Akzo Anti-UV polyester electrostatic powder coat, oven-baked for a durable, weatherproof UV-stable finish.
Step 05
SMT Assembly
Automated pick-and-place positions SMD 3030/5050 LED chips on PCBs, followed by precision reflow soldering.
Step 06
Final Assembly
Tempered glass lenses, silicon rubber seals, stainless hardware, NEMA/ZHAGA sockets and drivers integrated.
Step 07
Testing
IP66, 10–20kV surge protection, photometric output and thermal performance tests on every single unit.

Laser Printing
CE, RoHS, DLC certifications and model numbers permanently laser-etched onto the housing with millimeter precision.
